AUPN is excited to offer the Leadership Course again in 2010.
The AUPN leadership course will focus on characteristics of good leaders and approaches to achieving these skill sets. The learning objectives of the course are:
- to allow participants to assess their leadership characteristics and develop general methods to improve on them;
- to provide an approach to provide effective feedback to enhance achievement of goals; and
- to provide a forum for discussion with successful leaders in neurology
The course is appropriate for leaders at all levels, chairwomen and chairmen, residency directors, division directors, principle investigators, and chief residents.
