AUPN Job Board
One of the benefits AUPN provides Academic Neurology Chairs is the ability to post open job positions on the AUPN website free of charge! These positions are maintained on the website for three months to allow time to find that ideal candidate. If you have a current job posting, please complete the Job Listing Form and submit it to the AUPN Executive Office at firstname.lastname@example.org. Postings will be completed within a week of receipt.
UCNS Spring 2016 Report
The United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties (UCNS) is the organization which accredits post-residency training programs in neurologic subspecialties with too few training programs/trainees to qualify for accreditation by the ACGME, and provides certification for trainees completing those programs.
The AUPN is a partner organization of the UCNS, and has several member representatives involved in UCNS governance including:
- David Fink, MD, AUPN representative on the UCNS Board of Directors
- Angela Hays Shapshak, MD and Jennifer S. Kriegler, MD, AUPN representatives on the UCNS Accreditation Council
- Matthew Fink, MD, AUPN representative on the UCNS Certification Council
