The AUPN is made up of 5 categories of membership with dues paid by the Chair of the department to cover the various membership categories. The categories of membership consist of the following: 1) Department Chair, 2) Residency Program Director, 3) Child Neurology Residency Program Director, 4) Clerkship Director 5) Research Program Director. Dues are paid on an annual basis at the beginning of each fiscal year. There is no application process to become a member of the AUPN. The membership is held by the position of the individual within a neurology department.
