The 2019 American Neurological Association Annual Meeting (ANA2019), October 13–15, 2019, in St. Louis. Join  more than 800 academic neurologists and neuroscientists to network, catch up on developments in the field, and hear about the latest neurology research, including plenary sessions highlighting Alzheimer's disease, the role of the microbiome in neurological disease, language development and dysfunction, optimizing clinical trial design, and regenerative medicine, plus a Pre-Meeting Symposium (October 12) on Brain-Computer Interfaces. Review the ANA2019 Advance Program and register today.

ANA2019 features special opportunities for neurology department/division chairs, including:

  • Executive-level professional development sessions focused on obtaining philanthropic funding; understanding immigration law and problems that trainees and new faculty face; and improving effectiveness and mediation skills when having difficult conversations with faculty members, trainees, or staff members
  • Special Interest Group sessions that focus in on important topics in neurology and neuroscience, including reducing burnout in academic neurology departments
  • Interactive Lunch Workshops where you can discuss practice and innovation in research and clinical care
  • A special AUPN networking lunch for leaders of small academic departments
  • The President's Reception at the iconic Gateway Arch
  • The 19th Annual Women of the ANA Lunch, where women at all career levels can network

Join the ANA to access additional savings and networking benefits. Use this online toolkit to encourage your colleagues and trainees to join us—and make sure your trainees don’t miss this year’s ANA-AUPN Career Fair, October 13, 6:30 p.m.!
