THE UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO: Neuromuscular Faculty

The University of Chicago's Department of Neurology is searching for a full-time faculty member at any rank. The successful applicant will have experience in clinical trials or research experience in neuromuscular diseases, and past independent research funding.  General neurologists with fellowship training in EMG may also apply.  Qualified physician-scientists in neuromuscular diseases will receive a start-up package and resources. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students. We especially welcome applicants with experience in Electromyography (EMG).  Academic rank and compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) are dependent upon qualifications. 

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be BE/BC in Adult Neurology as well as Neuromuscular Medicine and/or Electromyography.
