The purpose of the AUPN Chair-to-Chair Coaching Program is to provide coaching to new Chairs during the first three years in their role. It is our hope the coach and mentee will build a strong relationship and the coach can serve as a long-term resource for the mentee. Coaches and mentees should connect at least six times throughout the year, either in person, virtually or via phone call to provide the best experience for all involved. Every effort should be made to meet at least once per year in person at AAN or ANA meeting, AAN chair conferences, etc.

If you are a new Department Chair and interested in participating in this program as a Mentee, please complete this brief form. The Mentorship Committee will review your request and do their best to match you with a Coach that best meets your needs.
