There is no application to become a member of AUPN. The Neurology Department Chair (or Divisions of Neurology) holds the AUPN membership for the Institution/Department and thus, is the billing contact for the department and is entitled to AUPN member benefits. Dues are paid on an annual basis at the beginning of each fiscal year by the Department Chair.
Neurology Department Chairs who wish to have their institution become a member of AUPN are asked to complete this short Institutional Profile Form.
In addition to the Department Chair: the Residency Program Director; Clerkship Director; Child Neurology Residency Program Director; Research Program Director, and VA Director are included with the AUPN membership and receive member benefits.
AUPN is pleased to offer a one-time 50% dues discount for institutions who are not yet a member!
Military Institutions are exempt from the payment of dues and receive complimentary membership to AUPN. If you are you the Department Chair of a Military Institution and wish to have your institution become of member of AUPN, please complete the Institutional New Member Form and remit to firstname.lastname@example.org.
