The Association of University Professors of Neurology (AUPN) serves as a forum for the Chairs of Departments or Divisions of Neurology in accredited medical schools in the United States and Canada to discuss academic interests and challenges. The AUPN supports department chairs through its educational offerings that are geared toward the leaders in Neurology Departments including program directors and clerkship directors.

2025 April NeuroTransmitter | The recent AAN meeting (April 5-9, 2025) featured several collaborative educational sessions run jointly by AAN and AUPN. Access to these sessions was included with the registration fee for the AAN meeting. These combined sessions emphasized the important relationship that exists between AUPN and AAN. 2024 November NeuroTransmitter | Most of us who manage Neurology residency and fellowship programs are in candidate interviews. Virtual interviews are now the norm.
