Course Description

This program is designed to equip Chairs and senior leaders in Neurology with the tools and strategies necessary to support and advance early career physician scientists. The program will cover best practices in mentorship, funding opportunities, career development, and fostering a research-friendly environment.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify and implement effective mentorship strategies to support early career physician scientists in Neurology.
  2. Understand and navigate funding opportunities available for early career researchers, including grants, fellowships, and institutional support.
  3. Recognize and address common challenges faced by early career physician scientists and provide practical solutions.
